Level progression advice
How is one supposed to progress post-searing (after the academy)?
I ask this because I am getting confused as to how to progress with the quests and what level they are for, where to get skills, when to do the next mission...not too clear to me. Getting frustrated when I try to do a quest and I get killed becuase I am too low, the henchmen are only level 3 and they are no use. Just curious if anyone had advice or a goood guide how to progress to 20 and knowing when to do a quest (since they do not list their level) thanks |

I usally do all the quests that I find in a town. When I cant find more quests, I do the mission (the sheild on the BIG WORLD MAP is a "mission") that is closest to the town I am in.
The missions follow the story line and let you see the ingame "cinematics" the quests are bonus things you can do to learn skills or get more experiance. If you cant find another mission, chances are one of the quests in a town you are in will lead you to it. If I find a quest to hard I just let it be for now and move on to do a mission, can always come back and do it later. The henchmen are not as good as the other real players, so if you team up with someone else; the quests will become alot easier, so far I have only run into 3-4 quests that are really hard, even with a party of real players. But I guess its pretty much up to you what you do. There is no "rule". Alot of people do the missions first and quests later. Last edited by ocoini; May 14, 2005 at 12:59 PM // 12:59.. |
